A little about us!
I spent years selling internet for a major provider as a door-to-door representative. That experience gave me something most executives never get which is the chance to truly listen to people. I heard their frustrations firsthand it was always poor customer service, unreliable internet, outdated equipment, raising prices, and the feeling that profit always came before people. I also saw the technical limitations up close. Many providers still rely on coaxial cable that begins losing signal within a few hundred feet of a tap. Even companies advertising “fiber” often use shared EPON systems that cut corners on quality and performance.
Across Alabama, I met customers using equipment that was ten to fifteen years old hardware never designed for modern demands like remote work, gaming, cloud computing, or symmetrical speeds. What became clear was that these companies weren’t built to innovate for customers. They answer to shareholders. Their decisions are driven by cost reduction, not performance or long-term reliability. After seeing this pattern repeated across nearly every major household name, I realized the problem wasn’t just one company — it was the entire model.
That’s when the idea for this company was born. We are building a network with no compromises. The best fiber on the market. Enterprise-grade equipment. No shared shortcuts.
No outdated technology. We will not cheap out on a single component. We will invest where other providers refuse to because of upfront cost. Our goal is to own nearly all of our infrastructure and 100% of the equipment we deploy from fiber to electronics. We will build our own aerial infrastructure where needed, start in carefully selected areas, and expand deliberately using superior technology and stronger fiber.
This is a long-term vision. By continuously reinvesting profits back into the network building again, and again, and again we believe we can become the largest internet service provider in Alabama within ten years.
Not through hype, but through quality, accountability, and performance. I don’t answer to shareholders. I answer to the people we serve and the employees who build this company with me. This isn’t just another ISP it’s a commitment to do internet the right way.
